Still one of the hottest chiles there is. Single plant / pod individuals can vary a LOT more than people usually think! Many of my Fatalii / Datil / etc. varieties have felt a much hotter than many Nagas! Concentrate on HOW to grow your hottest varieties instead of concentrating on the current claimed "hottest of the world". I can guarantee you will be suprised after tasting your homegrown results! :) Torturing makes your pods a lot hotter. So when the pods are maturing, dry your pots (with ebb I cut off the flooding), stick a nail or a screw on thru the stem of your plants and you'll definitely get hotter pods! I've also exposed the plants to extreme heat or cold at the end of the ripening stage.
